  • My experience with Fortune group for their projects Fortune Imperia 2 has been awesome. The project demonstrates Quality Construction along with attention to details and workmanship. I have not seen a property like this that delivers top notch quality in their projects. Delivering Homes timely and with quality is a very rare combination and that’s what Fortune Imperia 2 is promising and is heading towards. Yogeshbhai and Nitinbhai have been very generous in explaining the property and the details and making their clients really comfortable and accommodating to the clients needs. A very premium and rich experience overall. I would recommend anyone looking for a property between 1900 to 2400 in Bhayli TP-1 (Vasant Vihar) Vadodara, must visit this project before finalising any other projects.

  • Indeed a very favourable experience we had during site visit at Fortune Imperia -II No doubt about it the way Mr. Yogesh did the detail orientation about Property and taken care the minute requirement of customer which needed to live quality life @ same location.   • I had the opportunity to visit Fortune Imperia-2, currently under construction, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The planning and design are top-notch, showcasing a meticulous attention to detail. What stood out the most was the evident commitment to the best construction quality; it's clear they are not cutting any corners. Moreover, the list of amenities offered is truly impressive. From the well-equipped fitness center and inviting swimming pool to the beautifully landscaped gardens, it's clear that residents will enjoy a high quality of life here. While I couldn't experience the finished product firsthand, the level of planning and construction quality on display left me with no doubt that these apartments are going to be a fantastic place to call home once completed. I eagerly await their completion and the chance to see the final result.

  • I had the privilege of touring Imperia-II's luxurious 4 BHK Apartments, even though they are still under construction, and I must say, it was an experience like no other! From the moment you step foot into this development, you're greeted with a sense of opulence that's simply unmatched. The attention to detail in the design and construction is truly impressive. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-thought-out, and bathed in natural light. The floor plan is intelligently designed to maximize every inch of space, and the high ceilings add to the feeling of grandeur. Although it's still under construction, it's clear that Imperia-II is going to be a benchmark for luxury living. I can't wait to see the finished product, and I'm confident it will exceed even the loftiest of expectations. Kudos to the team behind this magnificent project!

  • Construction material is falling in a nearby society.. this is 3rd time… The constructor is not convinced to install a safety net near the top floor despite consultation after each incidence. Instead turns blind eyes and says everything is as per standard !!Total unsafe practice on construction !!

  • 1. Superb site at good location of Vadodara’s one of the best areas (Manjalpur).2. Only residential flats, no commercial shops which is a plus point.3. Friendly and known developers with clear terms and conditions.4. I have visited many construction sites in Vadodara but first time I saw that this builder has put in display which type of materials and fittings they will use in flats.5. One can visit and book flat according to their budget (as three types of 3BHK flats are available).6. Construction started as per schedule.

One such dream was finally turned into reality for us when after seeing many different projects we decided to visit FORTUNE PALLADIUM, and trust me it was one of the beat decisions ever , right from the Time we entered to finally booking our dream home the experience was truly mind blowing with the way each and every thing was properly explained to us by Nileshbhai and his team along with time based deliverables was one thing that impressed me the most instantly , plus being associated with one of the most reputed builders in the city always makes you feel at ease, and lastly the house itself is so well planned with all the minute things given proper attention is so so satisfying .   • When I started searching for my home, it was very clear that it should click at once in my mind. It was meant to happen with Fortune Palladium. We were awe at the location of site. Extremely Peaceful and developed area of Manjalpur. We saw few project, however, Fortune Palladium was apart. Few of highlights of Palladium are as below:1) Great Location2) Very Good spacious 3BHK. Best among competitors.3) Clear Terms and conditions. Nothing hidden.4) Very Reputed, Supportive & Honest Builder, Nilesh Patel.5) Work is going on as per timeline.6) No building nearby, hence great air circulation.Thanks.

  • Looking for a new house is always a challenge where there is always a scenario of compromising on couple of wish lists from a dozen one has, though that was not a case with me because of Fortune Palladium. After kickstarting a project of finding a new house in Vadodara, I explored each area by visiting 35+ new construction apartments personally but there was no match to Fortune Palladium:1- Slightly inside the main road in Manjalpur, hence away from the hustle and bustle of the city.2. THE BIG PLUS: Ultra Spacious rooms with multiple balconies, which is rare to see.3. Complete Residential Property with no Commercial entities, which further adds to its attractiveness.4. Reputed Builder with clear and honest terms and conditions. Mr. Nilesh is straightforward and helpful in the entire process.5. Construction is going as per the timelines and hence can expect the timely possession.6. There are no apartments in its direct vicinity, hence the view and air circulation will remain intact.My experience has been great, combining utmost satisfaction of ticking all the boxes without compromising on any Wishlist that I had for my dream home. I strongly recommend new home seekers to visit the site today.

  • We own a flat in Fortune Platinum and its an amazing journey being part of Fortune group. Projected completed in 3 years and the team was quick and helpful in dealing with all transactions. All the facilities are top notch and home is spacious with big balcony and vastu complient. We were kept well informed of all developments and staff is so friendly. Definitely recommend to go for any Fortune group apartments if looking for one. Trusted builders and amazing work. Location is also in center. They have many more upcoming projects and one of the best builders in Vadodara.

  • I have very good experience visiting the site office for multiple times, although i didn't booked for personal reason but i found this project is value for money. Good staff (Well mannered, Well Patient & Calm) they are good listeners too. few noticeable points about fortune Group #They are sticks to their promise whatever they show case us they delivers. #Their Project elevation standouts Unique among others. # The developer always tries to deliver latest technologies Innovations in real-state. Like: Hydrolic Parking, Solar System, Video call door, CCTV enabled Campus. #further addon EV charging is possible at your own parking as u can share electricity with Hydrolic system. Conclusion:Every Penny u will invest there is worth it.

  • Don't even visit this site. The woman is very egoist. She called me 4-5 times to visit asking that the 3bhk flats are available in 64L (i have a whatsapp msg) and currently we are giving discount up to 13L. So i visited. At the time of visit, she even don't show me the plan not even talk about the property saying that we are having flats starting at 65L and don't have any discount. This is just a insulting someone who is visiting your sites after your so many calls. It may be possible that after seeing your site plans, customer can accommodate his budget but you have just insult to my whole family who has come with me to visit your site.
